PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Leaders are placed in a position of responsibility with expectations that are constantly changing and challenging. It is well documented that the best leaders have skills, and they utilize this to influence the direction of others. This course will help leaders understand how their skills and influence impact on work performance and interactions within the organization.
