This programme will introduce participants to the principles of building and maintaining professional relationships, as well as providing practical guidance for typical workplace situations. In this course we are also going to look at the hospitality etiquette best practices, what customer service is and isn't and identify how you can understand and provide excellent customer service at all levels.
