PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Time management and productivity is a critical skill for individuals and organizations looking to achieve their goals and improve their overall performance. A time management and productivity course is designed to provide individuals with the tools and techniques they need to effectively manage their time and increase their productivity.

Participants of this training will understand how to achieve their goals faster, how proper time management makes them more effective.  It also helps them to be able to prioritize work, get more done in less time. Reduces stress, and Prevent procrastination.

■Identifying time-wasters and distractions

■Understanding the importance of goal setting

■Planning and prioritizing

■Using a to-do list and calendar to manage tasks

■Time management techniques

■Overcoming procrastination

■Developing and maintaining a system for staying organized

This course relies on the use of individual and group debriefs. The course also features the use of several case studies and presentations by participants followed by plenary discussions. In addition, videos and exercises are used to demonstrate the skills required for effective learning experience.
