PROGRAM OVERVIEW

In a study conducted by CareerBuilder, 75% of employers said that tardiness is a problem in their workplace, and 31% reported that they have terminated an employee for being late. According to a 2020 survey by Gallup, 69% of U.S. employees are not engaged or are actively disengaged in their work, which can have negative impacts on work ethic and productivity. The course "Work Ethics, Positive Work-Attitude & Productivity Improvement" is designed to help individuals develop a strong work ethic, a positive attitude towards work, and improve their productivity in the workplace. The course will cover various topics related to work ethics, including the importance of punctuality, responsibility, and accountability, as well as the benefits of having a positive attitude towards work and how it can improve overall productivity.

Throughout the course, participants will learn practical skills and strategies that can be applied to their own work environment to improve their work ethics, attitude, and productivity. The course will include a combination of lectures, case studies, and interactive activities to help participants develop a deep understanding of the concepts and how to apply them in their work. By the end of the course, participants should be able to demonstrate a positive work attitude, improved work ethic, and enhanced productivity in their work.

This course relies on the use of individual and group debriefs. The course also features the use of several case studies and presentations by participants followed by plenary discussions. In addition, videos and exercises are used to demonstrate the skills required for effective learning experience.
