The Business Analysis IIBA certification course is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to excel in the field of business analysis. This course prepares you to ace the IIBA-CCBA exam

The course covers the following key areas:
- Understanding Business Analysis: Introduction to the role and responsibilities of a business analyst, understanding the needs of businesses, and the importance of maintaining effective business processes.
- Core Concept Model of Business Analysis: Covering the core concept model of business analysis and the six knowledge areas of the BABOK® Guide Version 3.
- Technical Skills: 5 hours dedicated to developing technical skills.
- Business Skills: 15 hours focused on honing business skills.
- Leadership Skills: 1 hour dedicated to leadership skills.
By the end of this course, you will have a solid understanding of business analysis principles and be prepared for the IIBA-CCBA certification exam. This course is suitable for anyone interested in enhancing their business analysis skills.
