Program overview:

Organizations are always faced with alignment juggle—that is, alignment between business strategy and talent management strategy. The question is how to integrate the short- and long-term objectives, values and culture with actual staff profile and development plans in order to come up with the desired staff attributes and profiles. On the other hand, succession planning is the strategic and deliberate effort to develop competencies in potential employees through specific and targeted learning, job rotation and training in order to fill key positions. It's an effort to ensure leadership continuity, business continuity and risk management.

Mr. Olayinka has hands-on experience and exposure in Strategy & Planning, Policy Formulation & Review, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefit, Performance Management, Merger & acquisitions, and Employee Relations with expertise in Employees Engagement through quality Human Resources value propositions for continued employee job satisfaction. He is a certified member of the Human Resources Certification Institute USA (HRCI) and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN). An astute Human Resource Professional of about two decades in the trenches, who has held Senior HR Leadership roles with Multinational and conglomerate companies, FMCG, HR-Consulting, Private Equity & Financial Services in Nigeria. Mr. Oshiyemi has worked as Human Resources Business Partner and Career Development Manager with Nigerian Breweries Plc, Strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) with Honeywell Flour Mills PLC, and head Human Resources for Verod Group where he was responsible for generating strategic HR initiatives to help develop the group recruitment drive, employee engagement and implement talent and reward management initiatives.
