SYNOPSIS: As a manager or employee, Time is your most valuable asset. If you waste your time, you waste your life. If you want to increase your time effectiveness you will learn to prioritize tasks and activities, eliminate unnecessary activities, and manage personal and your professional time management skills efficiently.
This training will provide the participants the know – how on their personal goal-setting, focusing tasks on goal-related activities, time management skill activities, time management techniques, and applying time management skills to managing their time and their life.
Business reports are your company’s main tool to enable and support critical decision making. If you are proposing a course of action–either within your company or to a client–the report you write will be its best advocate.
It takes a lot of skill to communicate technical or commercial information efficiently and accurately. The report writing and presentation course has been designed specifically for people who are required to write business reports.
