This training is designed for Individuals and Organizations whose schedule of duties involves records/information creation, control, use, maintenance and disposition to enhance their  performance in records/information/archives management, administration and preservation.

The training courses covers all the essential skills needed to understand, use and apply records and information management, ISO 15489 (Records Management Standard) and ISO27001 (Information Security).
