International Organization for Standardization (ISO) published a new ISO 9001 standard last September to replace ISO 9001:2008 which therefore implies that certified companies will have to implement new requirements to be certified or remain certified. ISO 9001 quality management system standard is the best practise management system standard for entrenching consistent customer satisfaction in a business enterprise offerings and ensuring that businesses grow, improve performance and win in competitive bids.
This two –day course is designed to inform participants of the new requirements ,changes to the ISO 9001:2008 and includes the most recent information and interpretation of the ISO 9001:2015 requirements. You will gain understanding of the new requirements of , changes to quality management system standard, implementation roadmap and how this standard help businesses grow and improve customer satisfaction.
