COURSE DESCRIPTION:
FLARENET enables the engineer to perform steady-state design, rating or debottlenecking of single or multiple flare and vent systems. The program can calculate minimum sizes for new flare systems or evaluate alternatives to remove bottlenecks in existing relief networks.
This software can also be used to identify potentially dangerous relief scenarios during design phase or current operational scenarios. The program can be used to demonstrate regulatory compliance of the flare and vent systems in relation to over pressure and noise regulations
TRAINING HIGHLIGHTS:
With this training, the trainee will successfully learn how to:
Develop Modeling of flare or vent systems
Convergent, divergent and complex looped systems
Modeling of single and multiphase systems
Rating, design and debottlenecking calculation modes
Multiple scenario analysis using any combination of relieving sources
Multiple scenario manager, allowing multiple source management with a single definition of the pipe network
Detailed unit operations for modeling sources, pressure drop elements and sinks used in: Oil and Gas, Refineries , Petrochemicals , E&C and Consultancy
