o   Describe the nature and significance of long-term, medium-term, and short-term group decisions

o   Discuss the significance of groups in the management of revenue

o   Discuss medium-term group decisions

o   Use two group-forecasting methods

o   Create a group forecast using the pickup method

o   List factors affecting group-forecasting error
