ADVANCED FIRE PREVENTION SAFETY MGT CERTIFICATION TRAINING:
AIM OF THE COURSE
This Course Is Designed To Give You The Knowledge It Will Take To Fight Incipient Fires Or Fires That Are In The Beginning Stage. The Course Is Based On Standards Developed For The Protection And Prevention Of Fires In Line With The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration USA.
OBJECTIVE / BENEFITS OF THE TRAINING:
At the end of the training, the participant will be able to:
- Understand the nature and properties of fires.
- Know causes of fire.
- Know how to prevent fire occurrences.
- Know how to fight fires at incipient stage.
- Know different types and use of portable fire extinguishers with their limitations.
The Purpose Of This Course Is To Acquaint Participant With The Basic Principles Of Fire With A View To Allying Their Fear And Increase Understanding Of Basic Fire Fighting and Safety.
NB: Certificate of Professional Development in Advanced FIRE PREVENTION SAFETY Mgt Certification Training shall be issued to all participants upon successful completion of the course/training and Softcopy Course Manuals/Materials for all participants.
