This behooves on management staff to understand the underlying rules of shareholder value and how this brings a refreshing dimension to the growth of the business. Value is nurtured through a proper understanding of the various financial indicators that are either providing information to a leading/lagging trend.
These are well captured and interpreted for everyday business. Gone are the days when Finance was strictly for Finance people, today every business requires a strong entrenchment of Understanding Finance especially by the middle to senior management cadre.
That is the key to fulfilling an ultimate obligation to provide consistently attractive returns to the owners of the business.

The program will seek to create an atmosphere where the participants will:
Better understand and interpret Financial Information
Assist Management in making good business decisions using Financial Information. This will be explored through a broad dimension of understanding, interpreting financial statements and the controls to support business goals and why they are needed.
We will also look at the key drivers of Financial Health and how they impact Decision Making This program will be nomination focused but can also be organized on request for specific organizations who desire to build Financial Skills in all the Business Managers to drive an Organizational growth and efficiency. It will hold twice in a year.
