This three-day course is devoted to presenting practical information to professionals who are assigned one or more of the following responsibilities: identifying, prioritising, organising, executing, sustaining, and/or reviewing the results of continuous
improvement events.
Most importantly, the course emphasises how continuous improvement events fit into a continuous improvement strategy (sometimes call Lean, Six Sigma, or Lean Six Sigma).
Participants will gain an understanding of:

The value of leveraging value-stream maps during the project selection process
