The imperative of the twenty-first century is that top Managers/Executives are saddled with the responsibilities of identifying high potentials employees amongst their workforce/Executive by developing such talents through various programmes such as this to ignite their competencies in order to become relevant in the global competitive market.

Successful organizations today are becoming proactively engaged in talent hunt/development within and outside their fold. This has become imperative because the present and the future of the global market/opportunities belongs to the high potential leaders who have the capacity, tenacity and creative skills to drive their organization  through rough roads of the global competition and corporate leadership excellence.
