The imperative of the twenty-first century is that top Managers/Executives are saddled with the responsibilities of identifying high potentials employees amongst their workforce/Executive by developing such talents through various programmes such as this to ignite their competencies in order to become relevant in the global competitive market.
Successful organizations today are becoming proactively engaged in talent hunt/development within and outside their fold. This has become imperative because the present and the future of the global market/opportunities belongs to the high potential leaders who have the capacity, tenacity and creative skills to drive their organization through rough roads of the global competition and corporate leadership excellence.
To this end, it is expected that the training workshop will enable participants to know how potentials and talents are identified and developed such that their level of competencies can favourably compare with global standard.

Course Objectives
At the end of the training, Participants would be able to:

ii. Know how to build Potentials/Talents in employees
iii. Know what the imperatives of the twenty-first century Organizations are with regards to Employees Competencies.
