In this training course, we shall be discussing the driver to boss relationship in transport services, hence, the concept of the passenger being the boss to the driver in this regard is drawn from the axiom of the customer being the king. This training will also be looking at the ideal relationship that ought to exist between the service provider, in this case, the driver, and, the patron-the passenger(s), who is supposed to be treated as the boss by the Driver for the period under which he serves him, since he pays for his services.
We shall equally be looking at other expectations of the driver as a service provider.
