Enterprise Risk Management Post Covid-19: The Risk Perspective

Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is the process of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the activities of an organization to minimize the effects of risks on the organization’s capital and revenue. Many organizations are creating strategies to mitigate the impact of COVID-19 on their operations and profit. Risk management must be a continuous and developing process that runs throughout the development of the organization’s strategy and the implementation of that strategy
