PROGRAM OVERVIEW

This course is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and best practices involved in strategic finance. The course covers a range of topics, including financial statement analysis, capital budgeting, financial planning, working capital management, financial risk management, valuation methods, mergers and acquisitions, and international finance.

Throughout the course, participants will learn how to evaluate investment opportunities, manage financial risks, and develop effective financial strategies. They will also learn how to interpret financial statements and develop financial plans and forecasts.

LEARNING METHODOLOGY

This course relies on the use of individual and group debriefs. The course also features the use of several case studies and presentations by participants followed by plenary discussions. In addition, videos and exercises are used to demonstrate the skills required for effective learning experience.
