PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Marketing Communications is the messages and media that marketers use to communicate with target markets while Brand management builds customer loyalty.

In this course, participants will gain practical knowledge on how to define a business purpose, assess the market characteristics, identify a target audience and set their marketing objectives as well as prepare the brand model by defining brand purpose, positioning, values, personality, and proposition. Besides, the course focuses on communications strategy planning and on the implementation of the plan required to promote the brand. Participants will learn by doing several practical exercises and case studies to improve their brand’s image, presence, and sales.

This course relies on the use of individual and group debriefs. The course also features the use of several case studies and presentations by participants followed by plenary discussions. In addition, videos and exercises are used to demonstrate the skills required for effective learning experience.
