This buzz session is aimed at helping delegates to understand the role of integrity in the workplace. There is need for trust and honesty in dealing with customers, colleagues or friends, this promotes a lasting relationship and significantly encourages and enhances businesses.

We start forming values in our childhood firstly to appreciate things that fulfil our basic needs, but our character and personality are moulded through attitudes and behaviours of the people who raise us and people we associate with either colleagues at work or friends.
