Program Overview:

The course will provide participants with comprehensive knowledge on the history and evolution of the concept of quality, as well as on the history of quality gurus and tools. Through various workshops and role plays the course will focus on applications of quality systems, models and methodologies including excellence awards, ISO systems and breakthrough improvement methodologies such as 'Lean' and 'Six Sigma'. This highly interactive course will help participants apply the powerful quality tools used in leading organizations. Participants will leave with best practices on how to select, design or apply quality structures and tools in their organizations.

Engr. Akinbanjo Ogun – HND Mech., PGD. Safety Education, University of Ibadan. Member Nigeria Society of Engineers, IOSH Certified. A seasoned professional facilitator in the areas of facilities maintenance and management, construction site, environmental and industrial safety and industrial production expert. Engineer Banjo Ogun has worked as a site and safety engineer in Nigeria railway cooperation, Vita Construction Company Limited etc. for over a decade. He supervised buildings, bridge and road construction, and other projects awarded by the federal government of Nigeria in various states. Engr. Ogun has equally worked as a Safety Advisor, QC Analyst and Production Manager in different industries in both Public and Private Organizations. Engr. Ogun has lectured and facilitated several training workshops in the areas of Occupational Health Hazards & Bio-mechanical Work Processes, Ergonomics Hazards / Assessment & Work Safety Regulations / Procedures.


Chukwurah, Emeka Francis - B.Sc.  - Applied Microbiology, Certified ISO 9001:2015 Auditor, Certified ISO 22000 Lead Implementer, Certified HACCP Auditor, Member, Regulatory Affairs Professional Society. Regulatory Affairs Consultant, CQRAFF Solutions Ltd. Mr. Chukwurah was formerly a Senior Regulatory Officer/Lead Auditor, National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC), before venturing into consultancy. Over the years, he has helped food and drug manufacturing companies carried out end to end compliance programs, conduct cGMP gap analysis audits for Food facilities to ensure that gaps within their systems are identified and effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) are implemented before external audits by regulatory bodies. He will join other production specialists to share their experiences on this program.
